Because many items are resale and limited inventory, our return policy is outlined below.

 

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of resale inventory, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description.

We encourage customers to review product details, sizing, and condition carefully before purchasing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Incorrect
• Significantly different from the description

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

We will review the request and work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

 

Return Condition

If a return is approved, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In the same condition received

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Processing Refunds

 

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process, depending on your financial institution.
